In honor of today's leftover lunch, I'm posting the meatball recipe from last night. The meatballs were made with 1 lb. lean ground sirloin, two crushed Grissini, 2 TB. chopped onion, and generous sprinklings of basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I mixed it all together and formed the meat into 0.9oz meatballs. The sauce is made from organic, low sugar tomato paste, water, and spices.

Today's Menu (I love leftovers):
Lunch: Meatballs, Marinated Tomatoes (our fruit), Broccoli
Dinner: Chicken with Pico de Gallo
